Spinal Decompression

Chiropractic spinal decompression is a non-invasive treatment that aims to relieve back pain and promote healing. Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine using a traction table. This can be used on the lower back or neck. The goal of this therapy is to create negative pressure within the disc space of the spine, which promotes movement of nutrients and oxygen into the discs to aid in healing and alleviates pain by taking pressure off of the associated nerve roots. This therapy can be an alternative to surgery for many underlying conditions such as herniated discs, bulging discs, sciatica and degenerative disc disease. The non-invasive nature of this therapy and its ability to relieve pain and promote healing makes it a valuable option for many patients.
